Cothern Cards Live - Rip And Ship Battles

All battles purchased on this page will be opened on the Cothern Cards Live MTG rip and ship livestream experience and do NOT ship sealed.

Battles purchased will be added to the the end of the current queue for the current or next ongoing livestream streamed by Lance only after a battle has filled with the appropriate number of battle participants. If the battle does not fill within 14 days, your money will be refunded to you.

After battle packs are opened, your cards will be carefully packaged and will be held for future shipment or shipped based on the shipping selection you choose at checkout. Holding cards at the store allows you to combine multiple orders and only pay shipping once, saving you money on shipping.

We stream several nights per week with streams usually starting at 8:30 PM Eastern on our YouTube channel. 

Battles will allow you to keep the cards you open from your packs, called "You Keep" in the battle images, in the battle. You may get additional prize packs based on the battle image description. Prizes are determined by adding the converted mana cost (mana value) of all rares and mythics within the packs you open based on the rules detailed below. In the event of a tie, we use the card with the lowest collector number of the rares and mythics in the main set each person opened. If this is a tie, we move to the next lowest collector number and so on.

Complete battle rules are as follows:

1. Cothern Cards has final ruling in all battle matters.
2. You may only sign up for one spot per battle.
3. You get to keep the cards you open
4. Shipping is not included in battle pricing.
5. The highest total mana value of all rares and mythics and lowest total mana value of all rares and mythics would be awarded stated packs in each battle.
6. Lands mana value = 0
7. X = 0
8. If a card with suspend has no value in the top right corner, it has 0 mana value
9. Dual faced cards count both sides if each side has unique playable characteristics
10. Foils count as their printed rarity
11. Phyrexian mana counts as 1 per Phyrexian mana
12. Hybrid mana costs with two different potential values, such as 2/G, count as the higher option.
13. Cards with adventures or omens count both the card’s CMC and the adventure or omen spell cost
14. Split cards count both mana values of the split cards.
15. List cards count at printed rarity
16. All Time Spiral Remastered old border cards count as rares
17. If there is a tie, the person with the rare or mythic with the lowest card set number (ie 1/250) from the main set wins the tiebreaker. If this is a tie, next lowest and so on.
