Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
You may return returnable items within 15 days of purchase.
Returnable items include all items we sell except those listed under “Items that cannot be returned.”
To return an item, please contact us immediately or bring the item to our store.
All returns must be authorized before returning to us.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. If return shipping charges are paid by us, they will be deducted from your refund.
Return eligibility requires all returnable products to be in new, unused, and unopened condition in the original packaging with no broken seals, and requires a receipt.

Refunds prior to fulfillment
Refunds requested prior to fulfillment of your order may incur a 10% restocking fee.
For purposes of this policy, “fulfillment begins” when we start preparing your order for shipment or live fulfillment (including pulling product, packing, creating labels, staging, or assigning the order to a stream).
Refunds & processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return is received and inspected (or after a cancellation is approved). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help. Include your order number and photos of the shipping box, packing materials, the item(s), and the shipping label. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
If an item is damaged in transit, we may require the item and all original packaging to be returned to us (or made available for inspection) before a refund or replacement is issued.
Shipping issues (lost, stolen, or delivered-not-received)
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.
Lost-package claims must be reported within 7 days of the last tracking update (or within 72 hours of a Delivered scan for delivered-not-received situations) so we can assist promptly.
Address errors provided at checkout may require additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Cothern Cards Live Rip And Ship Refund Policy
Final sale after opening
Cothern Cards Live rip and ship purchases are final sale once any pack/product has been opened on stream (or otherwise fulfilled). No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available after opening.
Cancellations
Cothern Cards Live rip and ship orders may only be cancelled before live fulfillment begins. Live fulfillment begins when your order is staged/assigned for stream opening or when the stream segment for your order begins, whichever comes first.
Cancellation requests must be received and acknowledged by us prior to the stream start time for the order in question. If we do not acknowledge the request before that time, the order will proceed as scheduled.
Stream delays
If a Cothern Cards Live rip and ship battle does not occur within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. If a stream is interrupted or rescheduled, we may complete fulfillment during the next available stream.
Wrong item / opening error
If we open the wrong product for your order, or open your order under the wrong customer name, we will make it right at our discretion by replacing the product, issuing store credit, or issuing a refund, depending on availability and the circumstance. Stream video will be used to verify what occurred.
Card condition and grading
Cards pulled from sealed product may have manufacturer imperfections (including centering, print lines, edge wear, surface issues, or factory damage). Pulled cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade and are not eligible for refund due to grade expectations once packs are opened.
Shipping for Cothern Cards Live rip and ship orders
Once your Cothern Cards Live rip and ship items leave our possession and are accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Lost in transit: If a package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), we will assist with the carrier claim process. Any reimbursement is limited to the carrier/insurance claim payout (if any).

Delivered-not-received / theft: If tracking shows Delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. We can assist you with next steps (carrier inquiry and/or local report where applicable).

High-value pulls: For shipments containing high-value cards, we may require or strongly recommend insured shipping and/or signature confirmation. If you decline recommended protection options, any reimbursement is limited to the carrier/insurance claim payout (if any). If insured shipping/signature confirmation is required for your shipment, we will contact you and/or invoice the additional cost prior to shipping. If we do not receive approval/payment within a reasonable time, we may hold the shipment until resolved.
Address issues / returned packages
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Stream video serves as proof of opening and contents, including hits and inserts.
